What to expect:
We understand that every woman and every pregnancy are different, therefore each of our sessions are personalised to your individual needs. We start by taking a detailed history of your health and well-being and discuss what you would like to achieve from your treatment.
With the information you provide we devise and perform a bespoke massage tailoring your treatment to your preferences and symptoms you would like help with. As we are all qualified experienced midwives, we are also able to provide additional pregnancy support and counselling as you require.
Due to the effect lying on your back in pregnancy can have on the blood flow to your baby, we perform massage in a supported position, on your side or sitting on a massage stool. Each session lasts approximately 75 mins.
