Ruth Carter-Moore

ruth carter-moore chester aestheticsI qualified as an RGN (Registered General Nurse) in 2000 at Chester University, prior to this I studied Psychology at Coventry University and gained a second class honors degree. I worked for 3 years on a busy medical ward at the Countess of Chester hospital.

In 2003, I began working in primary care as a practice nurse in a local GP surgery. I still work part time today as a Nurse Practitioner, which I enjoy very much.

Having always had an interest in aesthetics and with the support, guidance and mentorship of a GP who has his own very successful aesthetics practice, I made the exciting move into this area of expertise. The fact that I am still practicing as a nurse in the local community, gives me the confidence and my clients the confidence that I am safe, up to date and qualified practitioner, which is extremely important in this often unregulated industry.

Not only do I have a strong nursing background, but also I am also aesthetically trained at the prestigious Harley Street, London. I am a member of the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council), the BACN (British Association of Cosmetic Nurses), the MDU (Medical Defence Union) and I have full Medical Indemnity Insurance.
