During this series of workshops we will use EFT/Tapping techniques to release the stress response from our body, do some group tapping exercise and finish with a Tapping Meditation and ideas on ways to use Tapping in our everyday lives until our next meet up.
Guidelines for this group
The intention is to for this to be a group of authentic individuals who respect and support each other in embracing new ways to change their health, wellbeing and life. This is a safe, supportive group with no need to share your 'stuff' unless you want to.
As part of attending a workshop you will have access to a closed facebook group for support and advice in between workshops, including further tapping demos and tapping meditations.
While EFT/Tapping is a gentle technique, you agree to take responsibility for your own well-being.
If you are under medical supervision, please consult with your doctor before attending the workshop.
BAmazingU is run by Andrea Bird who has fifteen years’ experience in energy and positive psychology. She is here to help you take control of your stress, your life & your energy.
She will also share stress-busting and resilience techniques that you can use anytime, anywhere to help you feel calmer, more focused and ready to deal with life’s curveballs.
