Heidi Milner is an experienced therapist who works in London and Chester with individuals to overcome negative thoughts and self sabotaging behaviour to take back control. The therapy and coaching she offers is suitable for treating a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, lack of confidence, addictions, fears and phobias, weight issues and improving performance in the workplace.
We will work together to address issues head on and achieve rapid results.
Our goal in working together will be to dissect and rewire the behaviours, bad habits and negative thoughts that are no longer serving you. Together we will identify and break down any automatic negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and triggers that are holding you back.
I use a range of skills when treating you including hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and rapid transformational therapy ™ (RTT)
RTT aims to truly empower clients. By using a technique called Role, Function, Purpose, it honours and values the significance clients attach to their issues and then offers a powerful emotional release from them. RTT draws out the underlying issues driving the behaviour, the 'unfinished business' the client may have been holding onto for years that runs the habit of unhelpful thought and action. The client is involved with the therapist in uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events and then changing them. This leads to permanent, powerful change.
