Mindful Meditation for Beginners

Mindful meditation can help us to deal with stress, anxiety, worry and lack of confidence. It helps us calm our overactive minds, allowing us to take each moment as it comes and become more accepting and serene.

Each week we will introduce different types of meditation. With regular meditation, we can become more concerned to our own well-being and compassionate to others, learning to be simply in the present moment.


We understand the need to nurture our inner child and we want you to be comfortable warm, and cosy. Bring a mat if you have one, a blanket and a pillow. Please note, none of these are compulsory and you can do seated mediation if that’s more suitable. Whatever is best for you!


Chloe and Jo have had their own spiritual journeys leading them to where they are now.

Chloe spent time travelling before discovering Reiki. She instantly felt that her life had changed and had found her true path. After training to Reiki level 1, attending Law of Attraction classes, Angel workshops, Louise Hay seminars and meditation groups she hopes to share the extensive training with others.

Jo began putting the Law of Attraction into practice after reading "The Secret" and found her life starting changing for the better. The more she opened up, the more she read around the subject of Angels — a passion of hers since being a child. She started practicing Angel card readings and trained in angel Reiki; more recently become a certified Angel card reader with Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine.

Jo is also a trained psychotherapist and teacher, transferable skills which help to deliver interesting workshops.
