What to expect:

Our experienced therapist will lubricate the skin with massage oil to deliver a deep and warming massage concentrating on the body’s main support structure. The soft tissue massage involves the manipulation techniques of effleurage, kneading, friction, stretching and tapping.

The massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, depending your requirements, which will be discussed with you during your consultation at the outset of your treatment.
