When you come into Beehive, I want you to feel like you are walking into a calm, therapeutic and welcoming atmosphere with soft music playing in the background. The key focus is your journey, from when you find us to when you walk out, feeling that you have had a positive experience and where excellence is a given. I enjoy receiving the positive feedback that you give us on the difference that all of us at Beehive have made to your lives and it means we are doing it right which the most important thing.

I have worked in the NHS for the majority of my professional career and seen first hand the impact that people’s health can have on the whole of their lives, how they feel emotionally, physically, how they function daily and how it affects the people around them.

Having worked in different disciplines in the hospital and the community, I am passionate about making a difference to people’s health. This has led me to setting up Beehive as I wanted to create a one stop shop where clients can find everything to deal with their physical, mental, spiritual wellbeing in a tranquil and relaxed environment. The choice, expertise and flexibility means that you can chose a professional and build a trusting and caring relationship to optimise your health.

 

  Lauren Moran, Receptionist 

As a receptionist, I have worked at Beehive Healthcare for 2 years now. Previously, I have worked for Blindspot Global and offered a wrap around service for Covid testing during the peak period. This involved testing for the UK and abroad, mainly for international travel and through this post, I became UCAS accredited and oversaw the whole process of testing from start to finish.

At Beehive Healthcare, we offer a redefined approach to health, where the emphasis is on the customer journey. I believe that the customer should be at the centre of the process and my strengths are being a friendly and approachable receptionist that considers your needs, whether this is emotional, physical, mental or social and that you can also ask anything. My aim to make you feel comfortable when you arrive and ensure you are seen into your appointment in a timely manner.

Sarah Tehrani, Receptionist

As a receptionist, I have worked at Beehive Healthcare for a year. I have had previous experience as a front of house role as well as having my own business in travel, tourism and hospitality. My experience in both these sectors has given me experience in working in busy sectors amd managing a packed schedule dealing with clients on a daily basis.

I am genuine people person and am able to communicate with you in a sensitive manner to make you feel special and valued, whatever your needs.
