The Diabetes Essentials team offer essential information to support the management of both borderline and type 2 diabetes. The up to date information is delivered by trained professionals in a small and friendly one-off group.
Don’t let the idea of a group put you off, you will never be forced to speak and someone might even ask the question you are too embarrassed to ask.
The sessions will enable you to gain confidence, knowledge and control over your diagnosis. You are welcome to bring a friend or family member with you.
