What is it and what I can expect?
A Multi Award winning Baby & Child First Aid classes for parents, grandparents and carers are delivered in a relaxed and comfortable style and give you confidence to know what actions to take if faced with a medical emergency.
Held in the spacious and comfortable studio at Beehive Healthcare, taught in a group session.
What is it best for?
Since becoming a mum she strongly believes everyone caring for babies and children should have basic first aid knowledge to be able to deal with those situations we hope will never happen!
The session covers:
- Choking
- CPR
- Breaks and Burns
- Bleeding
- Bumps
- Febrile Convulsions
- Meningitis Awareness

Which therapists provide it?
Taught by Beckie Hulmes - who is a mum to two young boys. She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years. For the last 10 years she has worked as a qualified staff nurse in her local hospital gaining experience in a critical care environment. Being a nurse Beckie has always understood the importance of knowing first aid.
